The night parade of JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 continues with the film getting a brand new spoiler-filled trailer as well as updated box office numbers straight from the mouth of distributor Toho. In a press release from the company, Toho confirmed that the film has passed 6.7 billion yen (US$58.36 million) at the Japanese box office, which is more than the 3rd highest-grossing film of 2021, Mamoru Hosoda’s BELLE.

As of Friday, January 7, JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 has brought in over 6.7 billion yen (US$58.36 million) at Japanese theaters on the back of 4.9 million tickets sold. This surpasses BELLE’s final gross of 6.53 billion yen (US$58.92 million) and is still on track to surpass 10 billion yen at the Japanese box office and likely going to be in the top 10 highest-grossing anime films in Japan of all time.
